The network
The network includes people coordinating and reviewing EIPs, protocol and client engineers implementing changes, staking and validator operators, Ethereum data, indexing and reconciliation practitioners, and wallet or custody specialists when relevant. The EEA selects participants around the question, not around a generic speaker roster.

EEA's role
The EEA scopes the question, identifies relevant practitioners, and remains present in the discussion. Workshops operate within the EEA's NDA, IPR, and antitrust framework.
The format does not rank providers, endorse a commercial solution, or turn participant information into a lead list.
